Correct exhaust bits for T28

Okay, I've flip-flopped again. Since the bearing replacement went so
well on my N/A motor, I've decided not to swap in a DET, and just work
with the motor I have. Also, seeing a couple guys on the forum get
upwards of 300 HP on 9.5:1 compression, stock SR20DE bottoms have
convinced me that I don't absolutely need a DET for reliability.

I have a question as to which manifold and j-pipe to buy. Ideally I
think I'm looking for a stock cast manifold from a FWD, T28 equipted
car. Also, the same goes for the J-Pipe. My question is, would the
pieces from a T25 equipted car work just as well? Are they
interchangable? What should I be looking for?

I'm looking to do this inexpensively, so I'm buying used from the forum.
Also, I'm looking for upwards of 275 HP, but what ever the little T28
can give me, I'll probably live with. I have a different car in mind
that will get the SR20DET 500+ HP treatment, so I'm not too concerned
with going nuts here.

Oh, and for now I'm thinking of keeping the stock exhaust. What the hell
am I supposed to do to get it to connect to the J-Pipe? Is that just a
pipe dream? Will I need to get an exhaust shop to make me a pipe to go
from the cat to the J-Pipe, with some flex pipe in there?
