Oh!...  be sure to use the proper puller to get the thing off.  It 
should grip the pulley, and thread against the crank to pull 
it.  AutoZone loans stuff like that for free.

Years ago someone on the list took some bad advice -- they used the 
threaded holes in the pulley to run bolts into and press against the 
front cover / oil pump assembly, and punched two nice clean holes in the cover.
