worn steering and failing racks

with some info.  Don't have time @ work today to actually look over
it.  I've never really heard of one failing, except for the
boots.  There is an adjustment that can take up slack caused by
wear.  Nissan published a TSB on it I can try to locate,  or it may
be in the manual.
