I recently replaced my headliner.  I got a piece of gray headliner
material from JoAnnes Fabric  (My wife got a 40% off coupon from the
paper).  I also got some 3M spray adhesive (don't remember the type).
Only took a few hours in a '95 with no sunroof.  Cost less $30.  Looks
brand new.
