1. You need to add an egr fitting to the manifold.
2. The US flange and gaskets fit that manifold but a new pipe needs to be
fabricated as the location is totally different.
3. You need to provide a place for the oxygen sensor, it could be near the
stock location or way back where your pipes come together o4 under the motor
( that's what the dimple in the oil pan is for).

The manifold appears to be stainless steel of some sort, the pipes are
pretty much equal length.  The joins in the pipes are a little rough but can
be cleaned up to a very nice merged pipe.  This manifold is not going to
crack like some of the headers do.  The pipes are longer than the Hotshot
and copies but look to be about the same length as the fujitsubo. The pipes
are 1 11/16 od and about 16.5 inches long  It has a nice factory heatshield
if the motor hasn't been dropped on it during transport.

In my opinion this is a very nice start to an exhaust.  I am actually in the
middle of building a down pipe for one and have already added the egr
fitting.

It is not hard to do if you can weld and are able to fit up the pipes and
make a collector.  Probably if you have to ask how hard it would be then it
will end up being a bit of work for you to do yourself.  You should not have
to pay much for one of these manifolds, I think most end up getting thrown
out in the end because nobody wants to make a down pipe for them.
