Thanks everyone for the replies and offers to take photos of parts. I really
appreciate it. Thanks Wayne for that link - those are the exact photos that I
was looking for. Although I don't remember all the ads there before. For some
reason I thought it was from John Heer - but I guess it's actually Randall
Rensch?
