Tire Opinion

List:

I have about 11K miles on the Kumhos now (on my '93), and they are
showing signs of wear. I had about 8K miles on the Azenis when I
wrecked my '91. The Azenis looked and acted almost like new.

NOTE: My wreck (full-side impact into guardrail) was specifically
caused by the Azenis hitting a small patch of wetness on an otherwise
dry tight bender. So, although they acted like new, they broke loose
catastrophically on a wet patch caused by a small drainage pipe (and I
was going too fast for the conditions).

I would bet that the Kumhos could make it to 20K, but I can't vouch for
what the performance will be by then.

The Kumhos are definitely quieter than the Azenis. Look at the tread
pattern and you can see why.

	Eric Waterman asked:

John, how was the tire noise with the 2 tires? What kind of
mileage did you get out of each?
