I have found that a good penetrating oil and working it around as Wayne suggested works best. Let it soak for a bit, then try twisitng/tapping it. Once you break the bond and get the O-ring moving, you ought to be able to get it out with a little elbow grease. I wouldn't recommend try to pry it out, it is pretty fragile. John
