Id just cut the valve reliefs and be done with it!!! The less machining on the piston the better, I think... I wouldnt wanna do too much cutting on Cast pistons...which dont get me wrong if the right person does it, Im sure its safe...but you may as well go with the High Comp as well for better response...thats what Id do..
