rear brake upgrade

It's more than safe.  There are people running *exactly*
that setup on B13's.  The B14 is a heavier car, and wouldn't
suffer from bigger heatsinks.  Joel is right about the rear brake
bias getting fixed with an Altima M/C.  IIRC, it's the m/c off
a 95+ Altima 3.5 SE, but somebody feel free to jump in if
that's not the case.
