Except for a horsepower hit, none that I'm aware of.

I'm a firm believer that the only thing that belongs in your crank case is
motor oil.  Since you, Frank, are WAAAY out of warranty, I'd suggest that
you stick with an appropriate-weight synthetic oil by Valvoline or Mobil.
