The Kumho MX is a legal and very competitive tire in STS. As far as getting
more camber you can use after market camber bolts (new rule for STS in 2004)
or camber/caster plates. You're allowed to slot the upper mounting holes at
the top of the strut tower, however, AFAIK, it is not legal in SCCA Solo 2
to slot the lower strut tab mounting holes.

If you intend to stay in a stock class, you're stuck. If you want to move
into STS (and lose the MX tires), you could use any number of methods to
get more camber, the preferred being slotted strut mounting holes, like I
had on my B15 for the last year.
