gear oil recommendation needed

IIRC, plain-old-ordinary Coastal 75/90 is GL4 but not GL5 certified, which
makes it Nissan-safe.  Get the MT-90, though; the improvement in shifter
feel and consistency is absolutely worth the expense.  We've been
experiencing a lot of 15*F nights with 35* daytime peaks, and the shifter
is just as easy to row first thing in the morning as if it were a sunny
Summer day.
