Depending on the condition of the crank U might have rod knocks right from the start, or won't hear it again. I remember my BBird spun bearings soo bad that the crank was fried. My DE when spun bearings after repleacing em never knocked again. Depending on how soon U catch the knock... and how much ya drive on it knocking... U might be OK with the crank. Mike Jez
