I *really* doubt this.  The new Garretts are monsters with the most
sophisticated aerodynamics available, excellent center sections, and have
the Garrett name *directly* standing behind the products.  You may come
close in power potential, and you may come close in spoolup from idle, but
it will NOT perform *as well* as a DP does.  There's a lot more to what a
turbo's "personality" is like than it's flow capacity and spool time.
