Y don't really _need_ to replace the tensioner
unless it's making noise. I replaced mine at
maybe 175k just for the hell of it, and it turns
out there was no need to. But it was cheap,
and I had an extra new one laying around.
But, by all means, if you are replacing the
chain to replace the tensioner also.
