A list member was kind enough to let me know that it is ONE point since it wasn't a reckless driving charge so I'm not too screwed. Unfortunately I already had to go to traffic school about 6 months ago for going 75 in a 65 but it was an empty freeway for crying out loud. Anyways, I just hope I don't get screwed too much by my insurance co. I'm in California btw and my company is USAA. Ray S
