The Blaster worked, I was able to rotate the idle screw(plastic).
I rotated it all the way counterclockwise. Seems the adjustment range is less
than one revolution. Idle didn't seem much different.
Is it important to disconnect the TPS sensor? and follow the
exact procedure you laid out?

Its cast and bolts up to the intake with 4 10mm bolts.
If its plastic its a newer design. Mike Jez
