OBDI into OBDII P10 G20?

Test Only Smog centers here in Southern California are now plugging in to
your OBD-2 port so the Sacramento offices have direct access to your cars
computer.

You would have to make the "Fraudulizer" pretty damn smart, and able to
react to throttle inputs as well.

Not that it wouldn't work of course.  I think it would be a fun project :)
