renewed life for old suspension?

I'm 36 and drive my NX about 15,000 miles each year commuting on roads with
fair conditions.  I don't mind a harder suspension as I'll only be driving
this car daily for another year (famous last words).  But it begs the
question ....

Will urethane bushings make that much of a difference from stock?
