I agree with you George... I've spoken with Steve via e-mail since I got
so incredibly angry and I've cooled off a bit myself.  Whatever the
circumstances, something got screwed up somewhere.  I just hope I can get
this cat replaced and the car inspected before I get in trouble for
missing the deadline.
