Solid and Vented

I don't know if it was your idea to try and get solid (non-vented) front
rotors, or the monkey at the shop that you talked to, but the bottom line is,
you don't run non-vented front rotors on 99.9999% of modern FWD cars. I
suspect someone got their wires crossed between non-vented rotors, and non
drilled (or slotted) rotors. If Brembo does make a non-vented rotor with the
same dimensions as our front vented rotors, it's just a coincidence, and not
meant as a viable part number for our cars.
