I've been through the same thing. I used a hair dryer to soften the glue. In the past, I've had to remove the adhesive from a molding that came off. Goof Off worked great and may help with the pin stripes. I had already tried Goo Gone, lighter fluid and alcohol, none of which did much. Goof Off made quick work of the job and didn't damage the paint. Test in a non-critical area though... Ron Atteberry
