Emissions control equip removal... WAS: EGR Tube with a turbo

I never said they DID the same thing.  I said removing the EGR was like
removing the CAT, yadda yadda
where what I was meaning to say was that removing either was irresponsible.

No it is not. They are completely different systems that do completely
different things at different times. The FSM has good info on this.
