I met Mark Crellin 3 years ago when he was running the SWC event in
conjunction with the Petit LeMans at Road Atlanta.
At the time, he did not really understand the liberal way in which SCCA PRO
racing administers their rules and had a fairly under prepped car.
Rear beam was not de-toed, pistons were stock, etc.
On top of all that, Mark was having engine problems, possibly due to him not
bleeding the coolant system (I showed him how to do that,) or possibly due
to poor cam timing.
Mark is a nice guy, but his is a very privateer effort, he only runs a few
events per year.
