Go back to your local Autozone or NAPA.  they should have a cube shaped
dealie with a 3/8" square opening in the center of each side.  Each side
will have a set of "nubs" sticking out, one or more of which will work on
the Nissan piston.  You just use a 3/8" rachet and perhaps a short
extension to "screw" them back in.

Oh, it should be under $20.  I think I paid $12 at my local NAPA.
