I like Swains internal engine coatings very much and
use them for every engine build I do.  I think they
help long term durabilty.

I don't think white lightening is the best header
coating though as it tends to flake off under hard
use.  I think it works great on cast iron surfaces
like turbo manifolds and turbine housings though.

I think headers expand and contract a lot and that
works the coating off.
