steering issues

i just put in some used Sensatracs on the front this weekend that i got from
another GA LM... now i have a problem:

 i'll turn the car, will understeer for about a heartbeat, then turn. almost
like hitting a patch ice

would excessive toe cause this?

it's almost like there is a delay in the steering. i am gonna try and get a
front end alignment tomorrow (monday).

could anything thing be loose in the steering components? bad ball joints?

when installing i made sure the arrows were pointing out and everything is
tightened up.

any help is appreciated.
