For course it would!

Like the old saying says, you pay your money and you
make your choice.

A Phantom grip alone works like a new VLSD when cold
and a worn out VLSD when hot under racing conditions.
When paired with an old VLSD, it is really nice,
almost like a high end diff.

Of course a Nismo 1.5 way or Quaiffe diff is going to
work better.
