It would be a BIG PITA to retro-fit!  You'll also need front axles and rear
hubs with the slotted rings that the sensor reads.  I don't know if non-ABS
wheel knuckles are machined to take the sensor -- if not, you'd have to
replace those.  You need the wiring harness too;  it *might* be on all cars
and left unused.  But the ABS was a rare enough option, I'd bet it's
not  there unless the package was ordered.  There's also the pump and a
bunch of hard lines under the hood.

If you are really determined to do it, you might look into the B-14
system.  It's 3 channel and supposedly works a lot better than the 2
channel B-13.
