Question about swapping ECUs

There are two options:
1) CA emissions or Federal (everyone else)
2) 5-speed or Auto

That gives a total of 4 permutations (or is that combinations?)  Matched
up, it should work in any B13 SE-R or NX2000.  I suspect you can use a
federal ECU in a CA car (but not vise-versa) since the CA only adds
monitoring of an EGR temp sensor.
