Turn the ignition to the on position and quickly press the switch for the courtesy lights on the drivers door frame 5 times. The light should start flashing through codes and then stop. Turn the ignition off then back on again and see if it goes out. This has worked for me as well as several other people. If it doesn't go out, then there is a problem somewhere in the airbag system.
