How about the light quality?
By that, I mean can you actually tell a difference over stock and the
typical upgrade bulbs. Can you see better? That is my main concern is better
illumination of the road, I am tired of being blinded by HID SUVs and not
being able to see the road w/o my high beams.

Do they make a size for the Classic fogs as well?

The Sylvania Silverstars (http://www.sylvania.com/auto/silverstar.htm) are
great!  They are bright white with not hint of blue.  Reminds me of the PIAA
Platinum bulbs but at half the price.
