Yes, technically you are correct, but OHV is pretty much a common term for
pushrod engines.

You can make a thoroughbred out of a pig.  But if you spend enough time and
money, you can make a mighty fast pig.

Sure you can turn those rpms with a NASCAR engine.  For what they cost I
could buy a lot of other interesting complete race cars.  Let's see a
pushrod engine turn 18k rpm like an F1 engine.
