Well, if you're good enough to be able to do that, you shouldn't need a
cage or belts.  Just jump out of the car at the last second like Bugs Bunny
and walk away.

Seriously, physics seems to have it's own way of determining where your
body goes in a crash.  DOT belts have way too much freedom to be used with
a cage under any circumstances.
