Okay, I'm tired of saying this.  91o is just fine with well more than
20*, and I'm not the only monkey who says so.  Why you'd want more than
20* of advance is beyond me, since 19* seems to be optimal with stock
cams and ECU, but there's no reason to spend the money on 93o, because
91 doesn't knock.
