Not totally sure what you're trying to determine.  But I'd say the initials
don't mean squat.  Nissan could have had more than one supplier for the
same part.  The supplier could have provided rotors for multiple
applications.  They could be factory original, OEM replacements, or
aftermarket replacements.

If your need to figure out which brake model it is, measuring is the only
definite thing I know of.  The FSM lists dimensions - duno which car you
have though.
