ATTN: Turbo guys (SMOG related)

For you turbo guys who live in CA, how are you passing emmissions or at
least how are u able to get away with it.  I'm looking into getting a T25
and assorted parts from a DET and installing it ala Ben Davis and was
concerned about not being able to pass smog somehow.  Is it even possible? I
know the T3/T04E turbo system can be made to pass the sniffer if not the
visual. Thanks for any input.
