Speaking of Courtesy Nissan.. lemme tell ya a story 'bout them...
So, on 10/26 I am looking at my check/cash card account and see this $156
charge from Courtesy on there. Naturally I am a little disturbed by this as
I have neither ordered nor even spoken with anyone at Courtesy since
September when I ordered my O2 sensor.
Immediately I call them up to see what this is all about. Mitch answers the
phone and proceeds to tell me the charge is for the new gas struts on my
Pathfinder.
I say umm.. I don't own a Pathfinder, a SE-R yes and that I have not ordered
anything from them since September. He says well so and so took your order
and shipped it UPS to you.
Wrong guy I tell him, there is no way. He digs around some more and talks to
the [person] who entered it. Come to find out this [person] just didn't pay
attention to what he was doing. As a result of this I am out $156 + $25 for
the insufficient funds charge. I had plenty of money to cover the other
purchases I had made to that point on the card but not for $156! I had to
call back on Monday to get a credit issued + the fee. Now I want them to
cover the subsequent fees I was charged on the other purchases that were not
covered until I got more money in the account.
All in all this has been a MAJOR PAIN IN MY ASS because of someone's lack of
attention to detail.
I did get the credit and the guy I spoke with on Monday, last week, Bruce,
was helpful and said if get some documentation on the inconvenience he would
look into it.
Has anyone else had this happen at Courtesy?
