Its not a turbine, its a compressor, part of a turbo
machine, read a book on turbo machine design.

If you want to lean more about turbochargers beyond
the basics, I recomend;  Mechainics and Thermodynamics
of Propulsion by Hill and Peterson.

Or Turbocharging the internal combustion engine by
Wastson and Genoda.
