bad speedo

Since no one responded I will post again. I did a search on this only got
stuff about B-13 speedo cables. What about the bad speedometer on B-14s. has
anyone determined what the problem was/is and the fix for it?

My sister-in-law has a B-14 SE-R with a recurring problem. They have had the
speedo head replaced twice under warranty and it still breaks. What is the
cause of this? was there a TSB on this?
And any tips for searching the archives on the solution?
