I want to buy a buffer today. paint/wax buffer, not an orbital/vibrating one, but a professional spinning one where can I buy one that comes with a kit with the pads and stuff? I found one at Autozone but the bolt in the center was at the same level as the buffing plane so any convex curve in the paint would result in your hitting your car with the bolt.
