Can't remember if the '89 Civic had inertial or pendulum, but I think it
was inertial.  Note that most of the above are domestic; it may be a
preference of some sort?  Dunno.  I also seem to remember the '94 Tercel
being pendulum, but I'm not certain.  I know of one particular SE-R
owner that to this day uses the lurch-brake method to set his belt.  I
guess he may feel a bit silly doing that now. :)
