Not shiny, *stainless.*  Stainless steel and the mild steel that is
normally used to make headers are not terribly similar, so many of the
reliability concerns may (or may not) be nullified.  I'm pretty sure
that one wouldn't even use the same kind of wire to weld one as the
other, so it's very much a different header.

 - Same bends and seam locations.
 - (AFAICT) Same diameters and lengths.
 - Same mean business practices (simply ripping off another company's
design).
 - Very different product, though.

I think it's a hose cover kit, but I'm not sure. <shrug>
