sorry for the "missing" pin information that stopped you.
Lets try working backwords:

Which are the suspect pins in your ECU? Those that lead to unidentified
wires behind the dash? maybe if we isolate those we can trace what is/isnot
there on the std SR20 ecu and figure out what they actually do.

Plus it is way easier to ask for specific pins than have someone scan a page
from an FSM and send it.
