This search string will net you 23 hits, only half of which have any relevance
but will get the answer you seek.  However, it's fun reading the other random
hits.  This from a 1997 post by Khiem Dinh:

I just read an article in Popular Mechanics on a test they did with Alex Zanardi
and his Indy car. Here's a little quote from the article:
"Still, even with Zanardi short-shifting all six gears at 15k rpm and fighting
for traction down the entire quarter mile, his best ET was a blazing 9.30
seconds at 165.5 mph. Sideways."  His 0-30 times were slower than a Viper and
911 Turbo but it hauled ass after that.  0-60 in 3.69, 40-70 passing in 1.41.
The car was set up for road racing too.  If they had stuck the smaller front
wing for ovals on then maybe his 1/4 would be faster.  Oh yeah, the car with
Alex in it has a power-to-weight ratio of 2.28:1."
