Vibration Afterthought

Remeber I was whining about that vibration a while back and everyone said it
was the axles? well, it wasn't. The axles helped it a little bit but it's
still rather vibratey. I know the NX2000 is a 'real sportscar' so it's not
going to have a perfect ride, but honestly here, it should be better. My new
hypothesi (plural hypothesis?) are thus:

The front left tire is in bad shape, it will not pass inspection in it's
current condition, so perhaps this tire is out of round or something?

now, perhaps I need an alignment or something of that flavor, and perhaps
that is why my tire is out of round or something. I've been driving on a new
matching tire on the front for about 9000 miles, if I replace the old one,
keep that new one, and get and alignment, will the old new one exhibit
erratic wear? am I getting ahead of myself? thanks guys.
