TIG welding and aluminum source recommendations?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent TIG welder in the Portland,
Oregon area? I want to built an intake out of mandrel bent aluminum and this
would probably be the best and cheapest way to attach the fittings for the
crankcase ventilation and (?) idle air tubes.

Also, I was thinking of picking up the aluminum here:
http://www.burnsstainless.com/ (specifically:
http://www.burnsstainless.com/AluminumTube/aluminumtube.html)
It seams kind of expensive, does anyone know of any other sources for
mandrel bent aluminum, in 2.5" and 3" diameters?

Thanks for the help!
