I've been on this list since 97. Practically all I know about my car I
learned here or from someone I met through the list. I have travelled
and made friends coast to coast because of it.

The list has gone through ups and downs and has always recovered. I
prefer to think of the current state of the list as one of those downs.
With the ever shrinking halflife of new forums, it is very nice to be
able to read a mailing list that has resisted inanity better than any
other list or forum I know of.

Larry, you're the man. Ultimately the choice is yours. I think the list
still has much to offer and hope you will grant a reprieve until this
current down is over.
