Bug in engine

I'm asking this a bit after-the-fact, but I'm just wondering if it may
be something to worry about.  Anyway;

I just recently (about 350 miles ago) installed a '91 cam in my '97
200sx. The install was much easier than I had expected. However, I
started late and it was getting dark as I was finishing up, so I was
working by flashlight.

Right before I put the valve cover on, a moth flew down into the top
end, right behind the #2 piston on the exhaust side. I looked in to see
if I could get it out, but it seemed to "bog down" in the oil and I
couldn't get to it. I just put it back together and the car has been
AOK since, as far as I can tell.

Is it possible that it might clog up an oil passage or something?
There's not much I could do now in any case, but I was just wondering.
It was a small moth. Anyway, weird but true.
